Over 25 years’ experience in Commercial Operations, project management, procurement, attraction new build/design and contractual negotiations. Previous strategic accountability for several Commercial categories for 120+ visitor attractions, covering multiple brands.

A team player, great communicator with exceptional P+L acumen and a very successful track record whilst always ensuring that the guest is at the centre of decision making.

Hello, I’m Wayne Dyke, Operations Director for All Things Leisure Limited.
I’ve been working in the leisure industry for over 14 years in various operational and global corporate roles. My main working background is at Merlin Entertainments where I managed and supported Photography and Games operations in multi-regional attractions and theme parks.

My key areas of expertise fall under contract negotiation, driving operational efficiencies, enhancing commercial margins and project planning.

At home, I have a busy family life with a wife and 3 children who love outdoor activities and sports. What you will find when working with myself is dedication, professionalism and a friendly working environment.
